Peace is a situation in which one does not resort to violence, be it physical or otherwise, in response to one’s environment – that one be able to lead a dignified life with and within a community of people, in a manner one deems appropriate. This existence or traditional way of life is also not threatened, overtly or insidiously, by parties within or outside the said community.
