Do you have any professional experience in the field of peace-research? peace-studies? peace-practice? | I wrote my undergraduate thesis on the failure of NGOs to report crimes against humanity during the Imidugudu program installation after the Rwandan genocide. |
Are you at all familiar with concepts of Nonviolence and Conflict Transformation? | A little bit, but not enough to talk confidently! |
What are your primary conceptual interests and concerns | I am interested in women and children's participation in peacebuilding and the role than major humanitarian NGOs can play in the peace process. |
Languages | Fluent English, intermediate French and basic Korean. |
CV | I have been working with World Vision for three years as a digital communications specialist, in the area of policy and advocacy. Prior to that I was an advocate with World Vision for maternal and child health. In 2013, I represented Australia as a Youth Delegate to the World Trade Organisation. I love travelling when I have the time, and read a lot of murder mysteries. |
