Welcome to our community: How do you define PEACE? | I define peace within a community (National, sub-national or supra-national) 1. as something that is achieved by understanding and respecting both the emotions and physical interests existing within different group-identities within the above mentioned borders. 2. Creating a system of rules and obligations that serve the interests of these identities in a mode f mutual and equitable fashion. 3. After being established, such a regime must be maintained through education and participation involving all relevant group-identities in a multi-lebel governance model where power is distributed |
