I am sorry I did not respond until now. The reason is very simple. I did not know ‘how.’ I am not online savvy, I know less about the procedures of writing and responding. This much is true, though. I met Prof. Galtung and his wife as visiting professors in the Faculty of Social Science at the University of Osnabruck. Prof. Gyorgy Szell had invited them I was a Visiting Professor there too.
